Differences between PE Wood Plastics and PVC Wood Plastics
(1) Different manufacturing methods: PE wood-plastic products are mainly prepared by Cold-push method; PVC wood-plastic products can be prepared by vacuum forming, Cold-push method and three-roll restraint.
(2) Different raw materials: PE wood plastic materials are mainly secondary and tertiary PE recycled materials with wood flour, calcium powder and a small amount of modifier. The main materials for making PVC wood plastic are PVC resin powder, recycled PVC material, wood powder, stone powder and some modifiers, etc.
(3) Different properties: PE wood-plastic products are heavy, high hardness, brittleness and creep. PVC wood-plastic products are light in weight, poor in hardness, good in toughness and creep, less than PE wood-plastic products.
4. Different uses: PE wood-plastic products are mainly used for outdoor garden construction, such as guardrails, floors, trays, garbage cans, flower ponds and so on. PVC wood-plastic products are mainly interior decorations, such as doors, floors, kick lines, door covers and so on.
